Tejjy Architectural 3D Modeling team recently completed a residential project with precise and detailed modeling at LOD 350. Ensuring seamless integration between design, construction, and installation. The project involved creating detailed models that accurately represented architectural components, their interfaces, and their connections to other systems within the building.
By working at 3D modeling with Level of Development (BIM LOD 350). While working our team of BIM Modelers provided highly detailed 3D models with information-rich geometry, allowing for reliable quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and construction workflows. The design elements included doors, windows, walls, and structural components, represented with exact sizes, shapes, and orientations necessary for construction.
To further enhance the client’s experience, Tejjy integrated 3D rendering services, which brought the design vision to life with photorealistic images. These renderings not only provided a visual representation of the final structure but also allowed for design reviews and adjustments before the construction phase. This ensured client satisfaction by enabling them to visualize the space, materials, and overall aesthetic in advance.
