OVERVIEW
The Quail Ridge project for Amazon data services involves the demolition of existing structures and the implementation of proposed designs by Bohler Civil & Engineering. Clark Construction is tasked with wet utility and advanced topography services.
Tejjy’s responsibilities include reviewing design drawings, creating a 3D BIM model, coordinating trades, attending meetings, creating shop drawings, and providing as-built models.

TEJJY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The scope involves reviewing and creating design drawings and generating a comprehensive 3D BIM model with wet utilities and advanced topography elements.
Also, further coordinating with self-trades via NWD files for Clark Construction while excluding wet utilities to PAD E&F. Weekly meetings were scheduled to address clash detection issues with the aim of clash-free shop drawings for each trade. The final outcome expected was accurate as-built models and drawings adapting to changes as required.

DRAWINGS ENSURED
The project encompasses a comprehensive set of deliverables, including Revit models for architecture, structure, and MEP systems. Also, the final design layout incorporates detailed topography features such as pavement, curbs, and sidewalks.
Wet utilities information, including sewer, storm, and water lines, is provided, along with final manufacturing cut sheets and project specifications. Additionally, a complete 100% construction document (CD) set is prepared for all trades involved, ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
