Signal House is transforming the workplace experience. Located in the heart of the Union Market District, Signal House is a newly developed, award-winning 10-story, trophy office building featuring some of the tallest ceiling heights and widest column spacing in Washington, D.C. Designed by Gensler, this 228,000 square foot building pays tribute to it historically industrial surroundings with a truly unique terracotta, metal, and glass exterior.
Scope and Realisations
Signal House project, executed in collaboration with Gensler, is a commercial construction having an area of 225,000 SF. It has double-height corner private terraces, a windowed conference center, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, parking facilities, secure bike storage, 11,000 RSF of premium retail, a rooftop boasting a DJ booth, karaoke room, kitchen, bar, and views of the Capital.
Our main responsibilities are:
- To create a Structure BIM model.
- Rebar modeling and Rebar coordination and clash Detection.
- Quantity extraction is generated from the Model.
- Slab edge drawing of structure.
